1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and purchases made through this website. By booking a mock exam or purchasing any products, you agree to these terms.

2. Event Bookings

Booking Confirmation:
Your place at an event (such as a mock exam sitting) is confirmed once full payment has been received.

Refund Policy:

You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel more than 14 days before the event date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event date.
If we are unable to hold the event on the decided date due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer your booking to an alternative date.
Non-attendance: No refund will be provided if you do not attend the event without prior cancellation.

3. Product Purchases

Pre-orders:
You may cancel your pre-order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

Refund Policy:

No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the purchase of product

4. Liability

We are not liable for any personal items lost or damaged during events. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events if necessary and will provide notice as soon as possible
