Refund Policy

Refunds for Event Bookings

• You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel more than 14 days before the event date.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event date.

• If we are unable to hold the event on the decided date due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer your booking to an alternative date.

• No refunds will be provided if you do not attend the event without prior cancellation.

Refunds for Product Purchases

• You may cancel your pre-order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

• No refunds will be issued once books or physical products have been delivered to you.
